Admission to the Style Academy is by invitation only. However, you’re welcome to submit your blog for consideration for syndication once every 6 months. Please don’t spam us with requests (it’s not gonna make us like you more) + please don’t take it personally if we don’t accept you for syndication right away. This feed focuses on photography & styling; if you keep at it, we’ll likely come running after you. (Everyone on this feed had to start somewhere; if you saw some of our pix when we first started out, you’d laff. And laff. And laff some more).

We do request that you kindly refrain from sending this submission form until your blog is at least 3 months old and until you blog at least twice a month on a regular basis.

If you’re already a SL blogger/photographer + you haven’t yet been asked to join us, a few possibilities: (a) we simply haven’t gotten around to asking you yet, (b) your styling/photography isn’t quite Academy ready yet, (c) you may be too much of a diva for us (sorry, got no time for dramz) and/or (d) a pesky li’l thing called RL.

Even if you aren’t accepted for syndication, we’re more than happy to link to you as a friend of the Academy, just as long as you display a reciprocal link to us on your blog at all times. Just complete the following request form:

Please note that everyone, regardless of their syndication, blogger, or human status, is welcome to submit their RL and SL photos to the Manga cum Laude photography pool on Flickr. Please first take a look at the pool to see what quality of photos we typically accept.

Please also note that acceptance into the Flickr pool is separate from blogroll syndication; for syndication, we are seeking experienced blogs that consistently deliver high-quality imagery, styling and/or other unique work (as opposed to individually striking images for the Flickr pool).

Finally, please respect that the Style Academy is a privately-owned institution and we reserve the right to refuse entrance to anyone, for any reason, at any time. This includes stinky shoes or a stinky ‘tude. *mwuahs*
